Coal Grove at Fairland

OFFENSE: Tanner Dolen adds another strong runner to the Coal Grove offense to go with Isaiah Gunther, Tanner Murphy and Austin Ruggles. Fairland offense revolves around QB Chance Short who has a solid receiver in Dylan Murphy and RB Colton Brumfield.

KEY: Coal Grove will use a strong running game to keep the ball away from the quick strike Fairland offense.

NOTE: Coal Grove is 3-3 overall and 1-0 in the OVC. The Hornets need a win to keep their postseason playoff hopes alive. The Pointers are 2-4 and 0-1.

Minford at Rock Hill

OFFENSE: Minford’s backfield has size including Sean Gambill (6-0, 205), Aaron Alley (5-8, 225), Zach Justice (5-8, 195) and Austin Daniels (5-7, 170). The QB is Matt Joyce (5-9, 175) with Alex Parker (5-10, 235) the top offensive lineman.

DEFENSE: Minford DL Cain Madden (6-3, 325) anchors the defense.

NOTE: Rock Hill is 2-4 overall and 0-1 in the OVC. Minford is 4-2 and 1-0 in the SOC II.
