Felonious assault, harassment by inmate — 700 block Mulberry St., Ironton, May 26, woman arrested by Ironton police and transported to jail allegedly threatened officers and spit on a jail employee after claiming to have HIV and Hepatitis C; Shelly Miller, 26, of 718 Mulberry St., charged.

Possession of drugs — State Route 775, Proctorville, May 24, deputy initiated traffic stop; passenger allegedly had pills in pocket; Jimmy Hay Sr., 42, of 5680 Lightner Ridge Road, Stockport, cited to court.

Harassment by inmate — Lawrence County Jail, female inmate allegedly spit on deputy while being placed in restraint chair; Grace Gannon, 32, charged.

Domestic violence — 1200 block County Road 14, Pedro, May 22, woman alleged boyfriend grabbed her by the throat, slammed her head on the floor, hit her in the face and kicked her; deputed noted visible marks on the woman’s face; negative contact with suspect.

Breaking and entering — 2300 State Route 93, Oak Hill, washer and dryer reported stolen from residence.

Petty theft — 1500 block County Road 31, Chesapeake, May 24, mountain bike taken from porch.

Burglary — 30 block Township Road 1141, Proctorville, May 26, $200 worth of change, two gold wedding bands, knife, shotgun and revolver taken from residence.

Domestic violence — 4900 County Road 6, Kitts Hill, May 26, man alleged brother attacked him with a knife; Gregory Henry, 42, of the same address, arrested.

Breaking and entering and vandalism — 3500 block County Road 12, Proctorville, May 20, vacant mobile home broken into several times during remodeling; windows broken; windows of truck also broken.
