Telecommunication harassment, retaliation — Residence in Waterloo and the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office, March 7, man allegedly called woman and threaten to kill the woman’s husband and burn their house down; same man allegedly made four separate calls in which he threaten various personnel at sheriff’s office; Ronald Koster, 66, of 357 County Road 16, Pedro, arrested.
Breaking and entering — 1600 block County Road 1, South Point, March 7, out building broken into, tools taken.
Assault, criminal damaging — 1000 block County Road 1, South Point, March 8, man alleged unidentified man kicked his car and beat him up.
Burglary — 10 block Township Road 1412, Chesapeake, March 9, residence broken into, jewelry taken.
Domestic violence — 3400 block County Road 115, Chesapeake, woman alleged husband tried to hit her, negative contact with suspect.
Cruelty to animals — 300 block State Route 373, Pedro, March 9, man alleged neighbor shot and killed one of his chickens.
Aggravated burglary — 100 block Township Road 1057, Proctorville, March 8, man alleged returning to his home to see two people robbing his home; Johnny Lewis, 31, of 6451 County Road 12, Proctorville, and Jamie Welch, 30, of 1173 County Road 1 Lot 19, South Point, arrested.
Domestic violence — 2600 block County Road 213, Scottown, March 8, man and ex wife allegedly hitting each other; Randy Delong, 54, and Elizabeth Delong, 39, both of 2694 County Road 213, arrested.
Petty theft, possession of drug abuse instruments — Walmart, South Point, March 10, two people allegedly took items without paying; syringes and crack pipe allegedly found on male suspect; Michael Harrison, 29, and Amy Harrison, 23, both of 2508 Adams Ave., Huntington, W.Va., arrested.
Criminal trespass, possession of drugs — Walmart, South Point, March 10, man banned from Walmart found in store; allegedly had meth in his car; William Neace, 49, of 715 Jeff Valley, Greenup, Ky., arrested.
Possession of heroin — County Road 1 near train bridge, South Point, March 1, woman allegedly admitted to having heroin in her purse; Megan Lawhon, 21, of 1001 Fourth St. E., South Point, cited to court.
Intimidation — Lawrence County Jail, March 1, deputy alleged new inmate threatened to shoot him in the face; deputy reported knowing the man years ago; Shawn Roush, 45, of 244 County Road 7E, Ironton, charged.
Petty theft, possession of drugs and drug abuse instruments — Walmart, South Point, March 1, man allegedly tried to leave store without paying for items; deputy allegedly found pill and glass tube on the suspect; Michael Morris, 28, of 9804 State Route 141, Kitts Hill, arrested.
Petty theft, resisting arrest — Walmart, South Point, March 2, man allegedly tried to leave store without paying for items and allegedly struggled with authorities; James Murphy, 72, of 205 Little Solida Road, South Point, arrested.
Petty theft, theft — Walmart, South Point, March 3, employee allegedly caught on tape stealing items; when questioned by deputy, employee allegedly admitted taking the items and sold some of them; Aaron Quinn, 28, of 63 Township Road1023, South Point, arrested.
Receiving stolen property, criminal trespass — Walmart, South Point, March 4, man who was banned from the store allegedly returned stolen items for cash; Guy Hudson Jr., 33, of 2200 Washington Ave., Huntington, W.Va., arrested.
Petty theft, vandalism, assault — Walmart, South Point, March 6, man allegedly tried to leave store without paying for items, pushed loss prevention officer and damaged door when trying to flee; Robert Shilot III, 24, of 4 Rissa Lane, Huntington, W.Va., arrested.
