Belinda Richardson

Belinda Payne Gabbert Richardson, 63, of Pedro, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2013, at home. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, with Pastor Dale Knipp officiating. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery, Ironton. Belinda was born Sept. 1, 1950, in Kitts Hill, a daughter of the late Charles W. and Eva L. Humphrey Payne. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, James Gabbert. She is survived by her husband, Woody Wayne Richardson; two children, Michael and Elizabeth Gabbert, both at home; a stepdaughter, Kelli Jackson of Coal Grove; a sister, Hilda Friend of Kitts Hill; two brothers, Charles E. Payne of South Point and Calvin L. (Betty) Payne of Pedro; and a granddaughter, Ariabella Jackson. Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. today at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home. Vivian Laverne Arthur Adkins, 66, of Rush, Ky., died Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2013, at Boyd County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Funeral service will be at 12 p.m. on Monday at Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods, Ky., with Rev. Daniel Miller officiating.
