After a Halloween night storm left various locations across Lawrence County without power for much of the day, the storm is now forcing some changes to the high school football schedule.
South Point and Chesapeake high school were closed today because of the power outage; both the Pointers and Panthers were scheduled for games tonight.
Chesapeake, who was supposed to host Rock Hill, is still without power and has moved its game to Saturday night at 7 p.m.
South Point, on the other hand, will travel to Dawson-Bryant High School to take on the Hornets tonight as scheduled.
