Amy Bick and Joe Williams announce the birth of their son, Carter Isaac Williams.
Carter was born Aug. 16, 2013, at Cabell Huntington Hospital. He weighed 8 pounds 9 ounces and was 22 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Kathy and Jerry Kaskey. Paternal grandparents are Lynn and Burl Bunker and Ike Williams.
Carter was welcomed home by big brother Samuel Williams.
