Domestic violence, resisting arrest — Speedway, County Road 410, South Point, Feb. 3, woman alleged boyfriend threatened her and struck her while riding in a taxi cab, Samuel Damron, 35, of 775 Kelly Circle Lot 9, Ashland, Ky., arrested.

Domestic violence — 1500 block County Road 37, Scottown, Feb. 2, woman alleged husband began throwing things around the house, head-butted walls and knocked the mirror off her car as she tried to drive away, negative contact.

Forgery, pretty theft — 3900 block State Route 243, Ironton, Feb. 11, woman alleged grandson stole tools, money and personal checks from her husband, suspected allegedly forged checks and cashed them, negative contact.

Burglary — 60 block Township Road 251W, South Point, Feb. 24, TV and Xbox taken from residence.

Assault — 400 block Township Road 1196, Proctorville, Feb. 22, man alleged man visiting his home shoved him during an argument and threw a cup of water at him.

Theft — 1300 block County Road 1, South Point, Feb. 23, wallet containing EBT card, ID and Suboxon prescription taken from apartment.

Theft — Whiskey River Saloon, South Point, Feb. 23, woman alleged car was broken into and her purse was taken.

Assault — Lawrence County Jail, Feb. 24, inmate alleged he fell from his bunk and injured his back, taken to St. Mary’s Medical Center, inmate then allegedly said he was assaulted and later retracted the statement.

Criminal damaging — 11000 block County Road 1, Chesapeake, Feb. 21, four tires of van slashed.

Criminal damaging — 40 Block Township Road 1040, Chesapeake Feb. 21, four tires of vehicle slashed.

Burglary — 1200 block County Road 402, Proctorville, Feb. 19, coins, rings, computers and Xbox taken from residence.

Burglary — 1400 block County Road 120, South Point, Feb. 24, TV taken from residence.

Theft — 2600 block State Route 243, Ironton, Feb. 21, chain saws taken from porch.

Aggravated menacing, assault — 100 block Daisy Drive, Proctorville, Feb. 24, Jason Allen, 35, of 120 Sara Lane, Madison, Wis., and D.C. Allen, 80, of 476 Township Road 1239, Proctorville, arrested.

Assault — Lawrence County Jail, Feb. 22, inmate alleged another inmate attacked him.

Burglary — 5800 block County Road 15, South Point, Feb. 12, TV taken from residence.

Domestic violence — Private Drive 2564, South Point, Feb. 19, woman alleged nephew pushed her down, negative contact.
