Theft— Township Road 1043, Chesapeake, 1:27 p.m. July 26, air conditioner unit taken from residence.

Theft— Township Road 510, South Point, 2:30 p.m. July 25, push mower taken from yard while owner on riding mower.

Breaking and entering — Leo’s Carryout, 1600 block County Road 1, South Point, nine cartons of cigarettes, several packs of cigars taken, witness in area approached, advised she saw two male juveniles allegedly trying to steal food from area motel; juveniles apprehended, stolen items located, two boys placed on house arrest and cited to juvenile court.

Rape — Perry Township, reported July 10, 12-year-old girl reported three incidents within last year, suspect named, interviewed, denied sexual misconduct, investigation continues.

Domestic — Fayette Township, 7:38 p.m. July 26, woman threatened with death, suspect named.

Breaking and entering — Jerry’s Pay Lake, County Road 1, South Point, 6:03 a.m. July 25, fishing poles and other gear, air compressor, chain saw, weed eater taken, suspects named, property found and returned.
