— Misty N Ashworth, 34, 400 Washington St., Huntington, W.Va., commitment Monday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.
— Kirby Boggs, 40, 2401 Hilton Ave., Ashland, Ky., theft, criminal damaging, falsification, possession of criminal tools Monday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

Burglary — 300 block Township Road 1534 Proctorville, 10:30 a.m. Monday, victim came home from church with family to find house broken into, jewelry and firearms were taken, neighbor spotted a dark blue car in the vicinity of the house around the time along with two males in their mid-20s, one had hair almost touching his shoulders.
Criminal Damaging —State Route 378 east of State Route 141, 7 p.m. Wednesday, vehicle sunroof was broken.
Domestic Violence — Union Township, 8:50 p.m. Sunday, female allegedly attacked and grabbed by hair and punched in the back of head, Carolyn L Wheeler, 38, 38 Private Drive 3 Apartment 4 Chesapeake, arrested and taken to jail
Assault — County Road 403, Proctorville, 1 a.m. Saturday, person allegedly assaulted after allegedly pushing suspect’s baby brother out of moving vehicle, suspects named.
Theft — Township Road 1163 Proctorville, 2:30 a.m. Friday, tools stolen from van.
Burglary — 600 block Township Road 276 N., South Point, noon Wednesday, several items taken from victim’s residence, suspect named.
Breaking and Entering — 2500 block County Road 120 N., South Point, 9 p.m. Wednesday, two push mowers stolen.
Domestic — Perry Township, 6:07 p.m. Monday, two people allegedly threatened, house damaged, Anthony Bell, 29, 2504 S. Eighth St., Ironton, arrested and taken to jail.
Vandalism — 200 block Township Road 1026, Burlington, paint thrown all over two vehicles.
Petty theft — 100 block Township Road 1007, Chesapeake, 8:55 a.m. Monday, iPod, jewelry, baby items taken, suspect named.
Theft — Township Road 1259, Proctorville, 9:51 a.m. Monday, jewelry taken.
Burglary — Township Road 1301, Chesapeake, 4:13 p.m. Monday, copper pipes, metal taken from house.
Domestic — Rome Township, 7:57 a.m. Tuesday, woman allegedly hit, pushed to floor, knocked out, suspect named.
