Assault — 300 block Susan Street, 11:44 a.m. Thursday.

Domestic — 600 block South 10th Street, 5:03 p.m. Thursday, man allegedly out of control, left prior to officer’s arrival.

Domestic — Reported at police station, 5:13 p.m. Thursday, girl allegedly hit in face by father, Children’s Services called.

Suspicious person — 1500 block North Second Street, 9:55 p.m. Thursday, man wearing shorts and toboggan trying to get money from people, negative contact.

Santa — 200 block South Sixth Street, 10:01 p.m. Thursday, man dressed in Santa suit beating on door, located, explained he had been to The Fuzzy Duck.

Suspicious persons — Reynolds Street, 3:10 a.m. Friday, two men looking into cars, located, subjects fled when spotted.

Theft — 300 block Susan Court, 8:12 a.m. Friday, pet ferret taken.

Missing child — 500 block Kemp Street, 1:49 p.m. Friday, 5-year-old developmentally delayed child missing, located and returned home.

Breaking and entering — 2400 block South Ninth Street, 10 p.m. Friday, garage entered.
