Resisting arrest – Lawrence Village Apartments Thursday, man allegedly ran from officers after traffic stop, hid in attic with another man who was also trying to avoid an arrest. Stacy E. Wilson, 30, of 16988 State Route 141, Willow Wood, and Stephen K. Wilson, 29, of 1675 County Road 52, Ironton, arrested and taken to jail for resisting arrest and warrants.
Theft – 100 block of Township Road 1059, Proctorville Thursday, woman reports 13 fishing poles, tackle box stolen.
Breaking and entering – 200 block of Township Road 1161, Proctorville reported Thursday, man reports riding lawn mower missing from building.
Breaking and entering – Township Road 1259, Proctorville Wednesday, man reports several items stolen from garage.
Receiving stolen property – 300 block of Private Drive 288, South Point reported Aug. 30, three people reportedly stole items from Ashland Walmart and took them to South Point Walmart to return. Suspects named.
Theft – 123000 County Road 14, Waterloo Tuesday, woman reports cooper piping and wiring stolen from house.
Burglary, receiving stolen property, drug paraphernalia – 300 block of Township Road 1055, Proctorville Thursday, man allegedly stole riding lawnmower, rode it down street while drinking beer, then hid from police in the laundry room of an apartment. Tony D. Edwards, 33, of 1035 County Road 1, Apt. 224, South Point, arrested.

— Stephen K. Wilson, 29, of 1675 County Road 52, Ironton, warrants, resisting arrest Friday by the sheriff’s office.
— Stacy E. Wilson, 30, of 216 Bellefonte Princess Road, Ashland, Ky., resisting arrest, warrants Friday by the sheriff’s office.
— Donald J. Workman, 28, of 106 Township Road 616, South Point, warrants for arrest Thursday by the sheriff’s office.

Robbery – 600 block of Hecla Street, 12:08 a.m. Thursday, man reports another man knocked him off his bike and stole his pills.
Breaking and entering – 400 block of South Fourth Street, 2:24 a.m. Thursday, someone reportedly smashing windows and throwing items over fence.
Breaking and entering – 2500 block of South Fourth Street, 3:59 a.m. Thursday, woman reports window busted.
Telephone harassment – 2600 block of South Eighth Street, 8:30 a.m. Thursday, woman wants to make report.
Trouble – Department of Job and Family Services, 8:46 a.m.
Trouble – BP on State Route 141, 11:08 a.m. Thursday, subject from earlier call from Job and Family Services now reportedly causing trouble with EMS.
Trouble – 2200 block of North Fifth Street, 4:40 p.m. Thursday, man wants to speak to officer about theft and assault charges.
Domestic – 400 block of Spruce Street, 5:01 p.m. Thursday, man and woman reportedly fighting. Subjects left prior to arrival.
Domestic – 400 block of Quincy Street, 6:43 p.m. Thursday, girl reportedly took pills from sick sister.
Domestic – 700 block of South Fourth Street, 7:33 p.m. Thursday, both subjects deny physical altercation. Male agreed to leave for night.
Threats – 400 block of North Fifth Street, 10:07 p.m. Thursday, man reports people called and threatened to kill him. Building is secure, contact caller to see if he will let officers in.
Threats – 400 block of North Fifth Street, 10:30 p.m., caller from above entry called back saying people are still calling, later said he didn’t want police, advised.
