The Ironton Police Department made two arrests Tuesday night.
Billy Monroe, of 1406 S. Ninth St., Ironton, is charged with breaking and entering.
Chief Jim Carey said Monroe was arrested around 1:40 a.m. Wednesday morning for allegedly stealing tools from his neighbor’s garage.
Amanda Boggs, 25, 126 Grove St., Russell, Ky., is charged with possession of drugs and possession of drug abuse instruments. Carey said officers arrested Boggs following a complaint of drug use in the restroom at Speedway.
Officers arrived to find Boggs with blood on her hands and in possession of a spoon after she came out of the bathroom, Carey said. The woman had allegedly been using Ritalin, Carey said.
