I am responding to The Tribune’s editorial concerning the recent closure of Austyn’s in Ironton.

I would like to suggest that Ohio University Southern and Collins Career Center collaborate and create a restaurant management and culinary arts program at the site of the old restaurant.

The history and architecture of the building would provide a canvas for an exciting new venture for the community as well as the student population.

Can we make it happen?
