Female Flyers fall to Royals

The St. Joseph Female Flyers just couldn’t get started.
The Female Flyers couldn’t get their offense going in the first half as they lost 48-27 to the Rose Hill (Ky.) Lady Royals Thursday.
Rock Hill led 16-4 at the end of the first quarter and 27-11 at the half. The lead went to 45-15 after three quarters.
Myriah Porter scored 16 points and Alana martin 13 to pace the Lady Royals (4-14).
St. Joseph (5-3) was led by senior Katie Hacker with 15 points. Sarah Neal added eight points.
The Female Flyers hosts Ohio Valley Christian at 5 p.m. Monday followed by the junior high boys’ game.
