An Ironton man who was arrested in Michigan in August on charges of aggravated robbery was indicted by the Lawrence County Grand Jury.

Royce Thacker III, 25, of 142 Private Drive 411, Ironton, was indicted on charges of aggravated robbery for allegedly robbing a 13-year-old and a 14-year-old at knifepoint behind Granny’s in Ironton in August.

Seventeen others will also indicted:

> Ashleigh Watson, 27, of 615 10th Ave., Huntington, W.Va., one count of tampering with evidence, one count of driving under the influence and one count of possession of marijuana.

> Johnathan Kazee, 18, of 717 High St., Coal Grove, one count of rape of a male child under age 13.

> Ryan A. Allen, 20, of 2629 S. Ninth St., Ironton, one count of trafficking marijuana and one count of possession of marijuana.

> Charles M. Brown, 24, of 309 1/2 Lane St., Coal Grove, one count of burglary.

> Matthew Miller, 21, of 2555 S. Sixth St., Ironton, two counts of theft.

> Jeffrey L. Lewis, 40, of 515 S. Ninth St., Ironton, one count of felonious assault.

> Jeremy Logsdon, 28, of 717 1/2 Ashtabula St., Ironton, one count of aggravated possession of drugs and one count of possessing drug abuse instruments.

> Mindy Henry, 29, of 3974 Green Valley Drive, Huntington, W.Va., two counts of felony theft by deception and one count of misdemeanor theft by deception.

> Robert A. Erwin, 31, of 279 Township Road, South Point, one count of having weapons while under disability, one count of aggravated possession of drugs and defacing identification marks of a firearm.

> Ronald K. Koster, 62, of 357 County Road 16, Pedro, two counts of using weapons while intoxicated, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle, and retaliation.

> Brent D. Houck, 54, of 5394 State Route 217, Willow Wood, one count of theft from an elderly person.

> Deborah Sudderth, 39, of 819 S. Seventh St., Ironton, one count of felonious assault and criminal damaging.

> Roxana Sudderth, 46, of 711 Washington St., Ironton, one count of felonious assault.

> Brittany Sudderth, 22, of 207 Third St. East, No. 3, South Point, one count of felonious assault.
