RUSSELL, Ky. — James A. Smith, 86, of Russell, died Thursday, Sept. 16, 2010, at his home. Graveside service will be at 12:30 p.m. Monday at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens. Visitation is 11 a.m. to noon Monday at Carman Funeral Home, Russell.
