Glenna Rae Goble, 82, of Ironton, passed away Saturday, Sept. 18, 2010, at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Ky. She was born on Nov. 13, 1927, in Ironton, the daughter of the late Herman Hacker and Ruby Stivers. Glenna was a 1946 graduate of Ironton High School and was a faithful member of the Christ United Methodist Church in Ironton. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, George Goble, who passed away in 1975; one son, Greg Goble; one sister, Doris Holtzapfel; and one son-in-law, Lee Cobb.
She is survived by two daughters, Terri Maynard and her husband Chuck of South Point and Luann Cobb of Ironton; and one grandson and his wife, Andy and Jen Maynard of Columbus.
Funeral service will be held at noon Tuesday at Tracy Brammer Funeral Home, Ironton with Pastor Todd Wallace officiating. Interment will follow in Woodland Cemetery.
