Menacing —Township Road 1039, Chesapeake Monday, neighbors reportedly threatened, Lucinda L. Price, 43, 20 Township Road 1039, Chesapeake, arrested and taken to jail.

Vicious dog — Township Road 1340, South Point Tuesday, three children one adult reportedly chased by dog, one child bitten, taken to area hospital.

Domestic — Lawrence Township Monday, woman reportedly choked, pushed, threatened with death, suspect named.

Cruelty to animals — Daisy Drive, Proctorville Wednesday, two colts reportedly mistreated, entangled in tie-out, left with no water, David L. Brammer, 57, 228 Daisy Drive, Proctorville, arrested on cruelty to animal charge and outstanding warrant and taken to jail.
