FRANKLIN FURNACE — The 2009 Annual Green High School Alumni Banquet will be Saturday, May 9, in the high school gymnasium with registration and social hour beginning at 5 p.m. and dinner at 6:30 p.m. All graduates of Green High School are invited to attend.

Please bring one or two covered dishes. Chicken, ham, rolls and soft drinks will be provided by the Alumni Association.

This year’s Hall of Fame honorees are Frank Barnett (Class of 1967) and Dave Lavender (Class of 1989). Two graduating seniors will be awarded $750 each from the Ralph Mullins Scholarship Fund. The following classes will be recognized: 1939, 1949, 1959, 1969, 1979, 1984, 1989 and 1999.

We are pleased to announce that former Bobcat alum and scholarship recipient (Class of 1998), Bobby Blanton, will be providing the entertainment for this years banquet.
