PROCTORVILLE — Peggy Pinkerman, 87, of Proctorville, died Sunday, April 19, 2009 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington. W.Va. Funeral is 11 a.m. today at Hall Funeral Home with the Rev. Greg Inboden officiating. Entombment will follow in Rome Cemetery.
