PROCTORVILLE — John Edward Litteral, 65, of Proctorville, formerly of Ashland, Ky., died Friday, Oct. 3, 2008. He was the husband of Nancy Katherine Short Litteral, who survives. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Carl Black and Brother Paul Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens. Visitation is from 6-9 p.m. today.
