Jesse Ray Reed, 68, of Gallipolis, died Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2008, at Holzer Medical Center. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Hall Funeral Home by Pastor Paul Voss. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. today.
