Eagles use fast start to down Flyers

The Fairview Eagles decided the outcome early.
Fairview raced to a 23-9 first quarter lead and built a 45-14 halftime lead in a 91-35 win over the St. Joseph Flyers Saturday night.
The Eagles had 13 players in the scoring column led by Cody Fannin with 14 points. Barker scored 13, Cooksey 12 and Black had 10. Jeremy Bayless had had 11 rebounds.
Ryan Schwab and Jerrod Laber scored 10 points each to lead the Flyers, 1-5.
Schwab had 7 of the Flyers 9 points in the first quarter and 3 of 5 in the second quarter.
Jeremy Addis and Ryan Waginger hit 3-pointers in the third quarter
Waginger and Laber 6 each in the fourth quarter.
The Flyers travel to Fairland Tuesday.
