Keaton case bound over to the grand jury

The case of an Ironton man accused of involuntary manslaughter in connection with the death of his step-father had his case bound over to the grand jury Thursday morning.

Ironton Muncipal Court Judge O. Clark Collins ruled there is enough evidence to send the case against

24, of 2832 S. 11th St., to the Lawrence County Common Pleas Courts. Keaton's step-father, Robert Gore, 45, of Market Street was allegedly assaulted Saturday, and was pronounced dead later at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital in Russell, Ky.

Keaton is free on a $50,000 bond.
