The 19-year-old Nash, Ilya Kovalchuk of Atlanta and Jarome Iginla of Calgary each scored once in their regular-season finale to finish 2003-04 with 41 goals. The players share the Maurice Richard Trophy, awarded annually to the league's highest goal-scorer.
Nash scored Saturday night as the Blue Jackets closed their fourth season with a 4-1 win at Detroit. Kovalchuk scored in a 2-1 win over Tampa Bay on Saturday, and Iginla scored Sunday in a 2-1 loss to Anaheim.
Iginla also won the Richard Trophy with 52 goals in 2001-02.
