Those 384 reasons are hours of sick time seven coworkers have donated to help the employee cope with lost wages because of an extended illness. The ill employee ran out of sick days, and the coworkers who each had a substantial number of accrued days got permission from the Lawrence County Commission to transfer their days to their friend.
