Crews from Mountain Enterprise have begun a $450,000 repaving project on Ironton city streets. The project is anticipated to last four to six weeks with minimal delay to motorists. Paving crews will first strip the existing asphalt and load it into dump trucks to be stockpiled for future city use. Here, Gerald Haney, construction inspector for the city, inspects the milling with Ironton Mayor Bob Cleary.
