Les Evans of Painter Creek in Decatur Township points to water lines coming up from his well into a pump. Evans puts gallons of bleach into his well once a month to keep it from yellowing clothes or staining the bathtub. The family hauls drinking water from Gallia Springs. Water lines are expected in the area this year.
