The Ironton Police Department is looking for a man who reportedly robbed Clark’s Pump-N-Shop University Mart Friday morning. This is the second time the store has been robbed in less than a month

The store, located at 1813 Liberty Ave., was robbed around 7:30 a.m. Friday, Detective Chris Bowman of the IPD said.

The man, who wore a blue bandana over his face and a gray hooded sweatshirt, reportedly gave the clerk a note demanding money and left with an undetermined amount of it, the detective said. He did not display a weapon, Bowman said.

The man is described as Caucasian, 6-feet-tall and 150 pounds. He was wearing blue jeans at the time of the alleged crime, Bowman said.
