Mary Elizabeth Brooks, 86, of Ironton, died Sunday, May 15, 2011, in the Sanctuary of the Ohio Valley in Ironton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Brooks Sr. Funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Coal Grove Nazarene Church, Coal Grove, by the Rev. Jeff Canfield.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be at the Community Baptist Church in Deering.
