Betty Lou Dempsey, 82, of Proctorville, died Saturday, Aug. 10, 2024, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, West Virginia.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville.

Visitation will be 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

A graveside service will be noon Saturday at Resthaven Memory Gardens in Avon.
