Noel “Berkley” Moore, 90, of Proctorville, died on Dec. 12, 2023.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville.

Burial will follow at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Proctorville.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
