John F. Carter Jr., 67, of Chesapeake, died Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2023.

A Funeral Mass will be 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Huntington, West Virginia.

Burial will be at Union Hill Cemetery, Chesapeake.
