Cecil Hackworth

Cecil Mark Hackworth, 60, of Proctorville, died on Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2023, at The Heritage Center in Huntington, West Virginia.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville.

Burial will follow the service in Sugar Creek Cemetery, Ironton.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
