Rose Ellen Ratcliff, 56, died Sunday, Nov. 26, 2023, at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, West Virginia.

She is survived by her husband, Andy Ratcliff.

A funeral service will be noon Wednesday at Schneider-Hall Funeral Home, Chesapeake.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time.

Burial will follow in Union Hill Cemetery, Chesapeake.
