Merle Norman Cosmetics and Boutique, 303 Park Ave., was recently chosen as Ironton In Bloom’s Business of the Month for its overall cleanliness, neatness, and decorative, inviting windows and entrance.

Diann Waggoner has owned and operated the store for 14 years. The store not only sells cosmetics, but has a wide variety of jewelry, purses and other boutique items. She has four employees.

“Business is great, so I may be hiring another employee,” Waggoner said. “You may be surprised that there has been a Merle Norman store in Ironton for the past 60 years.”
