Jackie Howard

Jackie Earl Howard, 78, of Proctorville, died Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2023, at his residence.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Howard.

A funeral service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville. Burial will follow at Rome Cemetery in Proctorville.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
