Jenna Crawford pitched a one-hitter as the Green Lady Bobcats blanked the St. Joseph Female Flyers 18-0 in four innings Monday.

Crawford struck out seven and didn’t walk a batter as she picked up the win.

Sami Crisp went 3-3, Dinah McCloud 2-2, Erin Imes 2-3 and Gidget Timberman spanked a grand slam home run as Green got 10 hits.

Sarah Neal singled in the second inning for St. Joseph’s only hit.

The Lady Bobcats cruised past the New Boston Lady Tigers 14-0 in six innings last Friday in a Southern Ohio Conference game.

Crawford gave up five hits, fanned five and walked two for the win.

Green (7-3, 4-1) pounded out 19 hits with Crisp going 4-4 to lead the offense.

“We’re putting the ball in play. We’re playing pretty well right now,” said Green coach Dale Royse.

Gidget Timberman was 2-5 with four runs batted in. Micha Lewis and Kayla McCallister were 2-3, Bre Johnson and McCloud were 2-4 while Krashawna Jones and Timberman were 2-5.
