Tiffany Dawn Lewis, 40, of Huntington, West Virginia, died Sunday, Oct. 9, 2022, at her home.

A memorial service will be 7 p.m. Monday at Schneider-Hall Funeral Home in Chesapeake.

Visitation will be 6–7 p.m. before the service.

Schneider-Hall Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
