James Haskins, Jr.

James “Jim” E. Haskins, Jr., 66, of Coal Grove, formerly of Proctorville, died on Thursday, Feb. 3, 2022, in St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, West Virginia.

A funeral service was held 2 p.m. Sunday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville.

Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller.
