Earl David Wellman, 72, of Proctorville, died on Friday, Nov. 5, 2021, at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, West Virginia.

Memorial Service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
