Girl Scouts Troop 286 of St. Joseph Catholic Church and their parents enjoyed a potluck dinner in June 1963 in the church social rooms. From left are, first row, Diane Parnell, Ann Payton, Rita McMackin, Mary Jane Clyse, Linda Unger; and in the second row are Patty Haas, Judy Bro, Vicki Osborne, Bernadette Miller and Bonnie Unger, all members of the eighth grade patrol who received their “curved bar,” the highest award to be presented to an intermediate group.
