NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. — Lowell Franklin Miller, 72, of North Augusta, S.C. and formerly of Chesapeake, husband of Peggy Miller, died on February 16, 2011 at University Hospital in Augusta, Ga. The family will receive friends at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral service will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville.  Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens, South Point. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.
