BARTOW, Fla. — Mildred Jane Holley, 91, of Bartow, died Monday, Feb. 14, 2011, at her home. She was born Nov. 21, 1919, in Hepburn. Mrs. Holley moved to the Bartow/Lakeland area in 1962 from Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles I. Holley. She is survived by her daughter, Jane Ann “Janie” Armstrong of Hudson, Fla.; a son, Phillip Koerper of Jacksonville, Ala.; four grandchildren, Kari Armstrong of Hudson, Michael Armstrong of St. Petersburg, Fla., Gregory Koerper of Auburn, Ala., and Tracy Bobo of Jackson, Miss.; five great-grandchildren, Jordan Callihan, Matthew Bobo, Hannah Bobo, Ryan Koerper and Lauren Koerper. Graveside service was today at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lakeland with Pastor Joe Langley officiating. Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow is in charge of arrangements.
