ASHLAND, Ky. — People interested in learning how to navigate FirkinFest will have the opportunity from 1-2 p.m. Saturday, June 8, at Blazer’s Restaurant and Bakery in Ashland in partnership with Boyd County Public Library.
A local expert will help guide attendees through the craft beer festival while Blazer’s Restaurant sponsors a beer tasting with an option to purchase an $8 tasting flight. Attendees are responsible for purchasing the tasting flight at the event.
“FirkinFest offers such a great festival for our town and we hope to provide attendees with some thoughts and words of wisdom to help make their experience the best it can be,” said library director Debbie Cosper.
Attendance for “How to FirkinFest” is limited and pre-registration is required by contacting the library at 606-329-0090.
FirkinFest, now in its fifth year, takes place in downtown Ashland on Saturday, June 15. More information can be found at https://ashlandinmotion.org/firkin-fest/.
