Burglary — County Road 1, South Point, Jan. 1, woman reports 32-inch flat screen television taken from home.
Theft — Township Road 1408 North, South Point, Jan. 1, man reports Nintendo DS taken from home.
Arson — Township Road 1186, South Point, Jan. 1, fire at abandoned houses investigated as arson.
Petty theft — State Route 775, Proctorville, Jan. 1, man reports $185 in cash, 116 Percocet pills and cell phone taken from home.
Petty theft – Charlie Creek Speedway, Chesapeake, Jan. 1, employee alleged man took bag of salt without paying. Shawn Floyd, 29, 79 Township Road 1025, South Point, cited for petty theft, released to Lawrence County Municipal Court.
Theft — Clark’s BP, South Point, Jan. 2, Five propane tanks taken.
Domestic violence — North Second Street, Ironton, Jan. 2, woman alleged child’s father threatened to kill her.
Domestic violence — County Road 124, Chesapeake, Monday, woman reported roommate pushed her and fought with her. Pamela D. Bartrum, 44, 276 County Road 124, Chesapeake, arrested for domestic violence and taken to jail.
Criminal damaging — County Road 1, South Point, Monday, fiber optic wire cut, left by side of road.
Domestic violence — County Road 1, Chesapeake, Monday, man allegedly threw out items belonging to girlfriend. Couple allegedly fought. Steven Earl, 24, of 11424 County Road 1, Chesapeake, and Danelle Jo Hall, 26, of 11424 County Road 1, Chesapeake, arrested for domestic violence and taken to jail.
Domestic violence — County Road 1, South Point, Monday, neighbor alleged 12-year-old girl contacted her home, saying her father was beating her. Gregory A. Henry, 49, 1620 County Road 1, South Point, arrested for domestic violence and taken to jail. Children Services was notified.
Domestic violence — County Road 1, South Point, Tuesday, woman alleged she was walking down roadway and husband grabbed her purse dragging her down road. Mark A. Click, 33, 359 County Road 1, Lot 14, South Point, arrested for domestic violence and taken to jail.
Domestic violence — Township Road 155E, Pedro, Monday, woman alleged husband threw ashtray at her, cursed and threatened her and was abusive to animals. Robert Reed, 33, of 851 Township Road 155E, Pedro, arrested for domestic violence and taken to jail.
Domestic violence — Traveler’s Motel, Chesapeake, Monday, woman alleged boyfriend slapped her.
Vandalism — Township Road 1334, South Point, Tuesday, woman reported man kicked in door.

Assault – 1500 South Fourth Street, 5:05 p.m. Wednesday, mother alleged six boys pushed son. Parties advised.
Suspicious Person — Fifth and Neal streets, 5:45 p.m. Wednesday, man reportedly going door to door selling. Subject advised.
Noise — 600 North Fifth Street, 8:33 p.m. Wednesday, neighbor reported loud music next door. Subjects advised.
Suspicious Noise — Fifth and Etna streets, Thursday, woman reported hearing noises, negative contact.
Drug complaint — Ironton High School, Thursday, staff member reported he confiscated marijuana from student.
