FLATWOODS, Ky. – Troy Dale Bailey, 45, of Flatwoods, died Monday, Jan. 3, 2011, at King’s Daughters Medical Center. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Pentecostal Holiness Tabernacle. Burial will be in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens. Visitation is 5-9 p.m. Thursday at the church. Carman Funeral Home, Flatwoods, is in charge of arrangements.
