Burglary — State Route 7, Chesapeake, Saturday, woman reported purse, digital camera, diamond earrings and blank checks taken from house.

Theft – Petland, South Point, Dec. 19, employee reported bearded dragon taken, suspect named.

Domestic violence — County Road 1, South Point, woman alleged threats from ex-boyfriend. Donald W. Roe II, 21, of 123 Township Road 1019, South Point, arrested for domestic violence.

Theft — Rockwood Avenue, Chesapeake, Dec. 19, woman reported collectibles taken from home.

Domestic violence – County Road 14, Pedro, Dec. 20, woman alleged live-in boyfriend hit and pushed her.

Grand theft — Township Road 1309, Proctorville, Dec. 21, man alleged jewelry worth $7,500 taken from home.

Theft of drugs — Private Drive 332, Ironton, Dec. 19, woman alleged relative kept her medication and belongings.

Aggravated robbery — Walmart, South Point, Dec. 21, woman reported car pulls up to her in parking lot. Driver demands her purse, shows hand gun. No suspects.

Aggravated burglary — Roman Harbor, Rome Township, Dec. 21, homeowners report watching man allegedly attempt to break into home.

Domestic violence — County Road 15, South Point, Dec. 22, woman alleged father of child threatened her.

Criminal trespassing — Berry Drive, Scottown, Dec. 19, homeowner reported finding pickup buried on property, registration for vehicle expired.

Domestic violence — County Road 5, Kitts Hill, Dec. 26, woman alleged husband of one year grabbed her and yelled at her and punched glass out of car window. Hershal R. Pancake, 36, of 861 County Road 5, Kitts Hill, charged with domestic violence.

Domestic violence — County Road 1, South Point, Dec. 27, woman alleged man punched her and held knife at her throat.

Domestic violence — Wallace Lane, Proctorville, Dec. 28, woman alleged husband hit her. Otis Aldridge, 62, of 1000 Wallace Lane, Proctorville, arrested for domestic violence and jailed.

Domestic violence — County Road 1, South Point, Dec. 28, woman alleged boyfriend slapped her and threatened her with baseball bat.

Criminal simulation — Walmart, South Point, Dec. 28, customer tried to pay for item with counterfeit bill. Bill routed as evidence.

Domestic violence — Township Road 1128, Chesapeake, Dec. 29, woman alleged live-in boyfriend cursed her and poked her in face. Nathaniel A. Posey, 27, of 76 Private Drive 3, Apt 4, Chesapeake, arrested and charged with domestic violence.
