The Ironton Lions Club, for the month of October, is sponsoring a “Please Donate” campaign for the Lawrence County Domestic Shelter.

Domestic Violence/Abuse definition is the inflicting physical injury by one family or household member on another, this behavior may be exhibited as a repetitive or habitual pattern. To break this pattern, some families have to leave and find a safe place to live, this sometimes is the Lawrence County Domestic Shelter.

The Lawrence County Domestic Shelter runs on donations of money and items that are new or gently used. The Domestic Shelter needs your help and is in great need.
