Patricia Dennison

Nov. 22, 1942 — June 25, 2018

Patricia “Patty” Dennison, 75, of Willow Wood, went to be with the Lord on Monday, June 25, 2018. She was born Nov. 22, 1942, and is the daughter of the late Earl H. Bowen and Edna Walls Bowen, of Willow Wood.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Earl F. Dennison; one son, Richard L. Dennison; one sister, Earlene Hammonds; and one brother; Jack Jenkins.
She was a homemaker and a retired self-employed truck driver, riding along side her husband for many years.
She is survived in death by one son, Frank (Teresa) Dennison, of Willow Wood; one daughter, Sheena (Steve) Massie, of Clayton, North Carolina; one sister, Glenda (Don) Black, of Bethel; and sister-in-law, Pam Dennison, of London, Ohio. In addition, she is survived by six grandchildren, Frankie Dennison, and his mother, Tracy Dennison, Jennifer Redden, Michelle Jenkins Hollinger, Deanna Massie, Matthew Massie, and Jordan Dennison, and his mother, Michelle Wolf; six great-grandchildren, Breanna, Taylor and Gabe Smith, and Wyatt Wilson, JJ Horn and Kalynn Dennison; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, by pastor Mike Triplett and Jeremy Simpson. Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.ehallfuneralhome.com.

 

Alice Underhill

June 13, 1941 — June 28, 2018

Alice “Jeannine” Underhill, 77, of Ironton, passed away Thursday, June 28, 2018, peacefully at Harbor Health Care in Ironton. Jeannine was born June 13, 1941, in Ironton, the daughter of the late Richard Henry and Alice Thacker Stephenson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Underhill; and brother, Thomas Henry.
She is survived by three sons, Jeffery (Kelli), of Columbus, Gary (Janet), of Greensboro, North Carolina, and Shane (Nelda), of El Paso, Texas; seven grandkids, Brandon, Britney Bunt (Chris), Alexander, Meghan, Garrett, Zachary and Cheyenne Underhill; and four great-grandchildren, Easton and Emmalyn Underhill, and Jackson and Eliza Bunt.
Jeannine graduated from Ironton High School in 1959, she was a beautician for many years, and was actively involved in a family business.
Funeral services will be Monday at O’Keefe Baker Funeral Home, Ironton. Visitation will be 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service. Graveside service will be noon Monday at Woodland Cemetery, Ironton, with pastor Eric Barnes officiating. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the American Cancer Society.

 

Lawrence Oneill

Lawrence William (Larry) Oneill, 67, of Ironton, died Sunday, June 24, 2018. He was the son of the late William D. and Lee Ann Miller Oneill. He was a member of St. Lawrence Church and a retired truck driver.
Survivors include one sister and brother-in-law, Mary Ann and James Monte, of Ironton.
A graveside committal service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Calvary Cemetery with Fr. David Huffman officiating. O’Keefe Baker Funeral Home, Ironton, is in charge of the services.
